Better Mobile-sized Layout + Ambition/Dust Trackers

I'm back with a few updates for the app!

First, a couple of new additions to the character sheet: trackers for ambitions and dust.

• On the narrative sheet you'll now see a tracker for each of the three available ambition clocks.  They function just like the burden trackers, but instead of setting abilities that are debuffed, you can instead enter a short description for each ambition.
• There's now a dust tracker in the header above the sheets, next to the character name / level info.  The tracker lives here since dust has uses for both narrative and combat.

The other major addition in this update is (hopefully) better layouts for mobile-sized viewports.  Now for both the character sheets and character creator you should be able to view all content without needing to scroll horizontally to see everything.  If things are still weird/clunky on your device, let me know!  But it should be much improved from before.
